Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of one and a half percent per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. You agree to reimburse us for all reasonable costs and expenses, including legal fees and collection agency charges, incurred in connection with the collection of any overdue payments.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies. You are responsible for the payment of all sales, use, value-added, withholding, and other taxes that may be imposed on the services we provide, except for taxes based on our net income. If you qualify for a tax exemption, you must provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate before the exemption can be applied to your account.
All intellectual property rights in and to the DoraBox website, including but not limited to its design, layout, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text content, and underlying software, are and shall remain the exclusive property of NovaNatural Technologies Limited or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of Hong Kong and international jurisdictions.

The parties agree to participate in mediation in good faith and to share the costs of the mediation equally, unless otherwise agreed.
If mediation does not result in a resolution within sixty days of the first mediation session, either party may pursue any remedies available at law or in equity. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent and irreparable harm, including but not limited to the protection of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
DoraBox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. When we make changes, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified.
